HMMM.... It's cute, very interesting and enjoyable toy, But, I would recommend it for children 5yrs above. Who knows how to keep their toys in shape and would care for all the bits and pieces. It's very complicated to safely keep this toy, It has many small and big fishes, The fishing rod keeps tangling and it is such a pain to detangle
